Graduation Sunday
Tradition...one word that seems to define our church and youth group. Not all traditions are bad or hold us back, in fact some of them are just the only way to go. Graduation sunday is one of those. Its a sunday dedicated to the graduating seniors, where we honor them and present them with scholarships then the junior class serves the graduates in their families with a lunch right after the service. It is a day where we challenge the students and encourage them. Its makes me proud to see these kids graduating them, for i remember when I was a graduating senior they were in 7th grade, and many of the girls I have known since then! So here is to the class of 2013, be proud of your accomplishments, we sure are! Cant wait to spend the summer with these students before we both head off, me to CDH and them to college!
