Newborn and family photography in Greenville, SC

Your family's photographer for the long haul.

Lifestyle newborn and family photography in Piedmont, SC, serving families across Greenville and the SC Upstate.

Hi, I'm Erin.

I'm a lifestyle photographer based in Piedmont, SC, and I've built my entire business around one belief: the ordinary moments are the ones worth keeping.

The way your newborn curls into your chest. The way your toddler laughs before they wiggle away. The quiet that settles over your house in the first few weeks. These are the things that blur together faster than you expect, and they're exactly what I'm here to preserve.

Most of my clients find me when they're expecting their first baby. They book the newborn session, love the images, and come back for the sitter session, the first birthday, the family photos where the oldest one runs through the frame at least twice. Their kids know my name. That's genuinely my favorite part of this job.

WHY I Photograph Families

It goes by so fast.

I've heard that from almost every parent I've ever photographed. And they're right. The newborn days blur into baby days. Baby days blur into toddler chaos. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you look up and realize you can't quite picture what they looked like at two weeks old.

Photography gives you proof that it happened. Not just who your baby was, but what it felt like to hold them. What your family looked like in this exact season.

That's why I take this work seriously. And that's why I handle everything, so you can just show up and be present.

WHAT WORKING WITH ME LOOKS LIKE

You show up. I handle the rest.

Most parents arrive to their session feeling a little nervous. That's completely normal, and it's exactly why I over-prepare.

Before your session, I'll reach out to learn about your family, your home, and what matters most to you. I'll send wardrobe guidance, walk you through what to expect, and answer every question you have. By the time I arrive at your door, you won't need to think about anything except being there.

During the session, I work at your baby's pace. No rushing, no forcing. I'll guide you through every moment so you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and I'll capture the real ones in between.

Afterward, I'll guide you through turning those images into something you'll actually use. Prints. Wall art. Albums. Not just a gallery link that sits unopened in your inbox.

Unhurried sessions

We follow the baby's pace, not the clock's. Most parents show up a little nervous, and leave feeling like it was way easier than they expected. That's the goal.

What to expect working with me

The way I work

Classic, timeless editing

Soft, warm light that looks just as beautiful in twenty years. Not trendy. Not overdone. Just your family, exactly as you are right now.

A long-term relationship

I want to be the photographer you come back to. The one your kids run toward because they've done this before. That's what I'm building with every family I work with.

Guidance from start to finish

What to wear, where to stand, what to do with a toddler who won't stop moving. I've got you. You just have to show up.

Images you'll actually use

Heirloom albums, wall art, printed galleries. I care about what happens after the session. Not just the gallery delivery.

Real moments, not performances

No matching outfits required (unless you want them). No stiff poses. The way your baby grabs your finger, the way your family actually is together. That's what's worth keeping.

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a denim jacket, sitting at a wooden table, holding a cup of latte with latte art, with a matching latte on a white saucer in front of her. The background consists of a black wall and white upper wall.
View of a canal in Venice, Italy, with gondolas and colorful historic buildings along the water.

A little about me

Outside the camera.

When I'm not behind my camera, I'm probably trying a new coffee spot, working on a creative project, or convincing my dogs that they do not, in fact, need to be in every session. I care about doing good work and treating every family I photograph with patience and genuine kindness.

If you're looking for a photographer who will take care of every detail and make you feel at ease from start to finish, I'd love to be your person.

What we can do together

Sessions for every season of family life

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, I'd be honored to document this season.
